1. Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Content
Due to the instant nature of digital content delivery, all VIP subscriptions and paid short dramas are considered fulfilled upon successful payment. As such, we generally do not accept cancellations or refund requests.
2. Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions: The user is unable to access purchased content within 24 hours of payment due to technical failures attributable to the platform (excluding personal device/network issues); Duplicate charges caused by system errors on our side.
3. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, users must: Submit a refund request to [email protected] within 72 hours of the issue; Include payment proof, a detailed explanation of the issue, and relevant screenshots (if applicable); Customer support will review and respond to the request within 5 business days; Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: Issues caused by the user’s own device, internet connection, or improper operation; Subjective dissatisfaction such as "don’t like the plot" or "unfamiliar with actors"; The user has already viewed more than 70% of the purchased paid content.
